We offer free, impartial and confidential advice on a wide range of issues. From Money matters, Benefits and Social Care to Consumer issues and form completion, if we are unable to assist we can usually put you in touch with people who can.
As an alternative office of the DWP we can help you claim Pension Credit, Council Tax and Housing Benefits. From checking your entitlement, form completion and accepting evidence in support of claims. All in the privacy of our city centre office.
