Older Carers Support Service for carers [over 60] of people with learning disabilities.

 

The team offers, information, advice and support to access services and benefits. We enable carers to plan for the future and for emergency situations. The service provides regular phone contact, newsletters and home visits on request in order to recognize and value the caring role.
